Smoked Salmon Labneh Toast

The perfect toast for a quick, savory lunch.
Ingredients
Serves 1
1/2 container BEZI Everything Labneh
1 tin of FishWife Smoked Salmon
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 TB spoon of red pepper flakes
A handful of cherry tomatoes
A generous sprinkle of finely chopped chives
Zest of a lemon
Sea Salt
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the BEZI Everything Labneh, FishWifes Smoked Salmon, crumbled feta, and a pinch of the red pepper flakes. Mix gently to keep some texture.
Roast the cherry tomatoes at 400F for 10-15 minutes, or until soft and slightly blistered. Let cool slightly, then fold them into the Salmon Labneh mixture.
Toast your sourdough until golden and crisp.
Spoon the Labneh mixture generously over each slice of toast.
Top with chopped chives, a sprinkle of lemon zest, and salt to taste. Enjoy <3
