Smashed Pickle & Cucumber Labneh Salad

Creamy Pickle Cucumber Salad.
Ingredients
Serves 2
1/2 cup BEZI Everything Bagel Labneh
3–4 Persian cucumbers
A few Hot Girl Pickles
1 shallot
Handful of fresh dill
Handful of parsley
Small bunch of chives
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Start by adding the fresh dill, chives, and parsley to a blender or food processor.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
Add a few heaping spoonfuls of BEZI Everything Labneh and blend until smooth and green.
Smash and chop the cucumbers and Hot Girl Pickles into bite-sized chunks.
Add them to a container or tub.
Pour the green labneh herb dressing over the top, seal the container, and shake well to coat everything.
Serve chilled or straight from the container. Enjoy <3
