Rice Bowl with Labneh, Egg & Avocado

Creamy, crispy, and full of texture

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, combine about 1 big spoonful of BEZI Everything Bagel Labneh with 1½–2 cups of cooked rice. Mix well until the labneh is fully incorporated.

  2. Chop your scallions and dice the avocado.

  3. Plate the rice mixture into a shallow bowl.

  4. Top with the diced avocado and chopped scallions.

  5. Fry an egg to your liking (crispy edges recommended) and place it on top of the bowl.

  6. Finish with a drizzle of Dumpling Daughter Sichuan Sesame Soy Sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, if desired.

  7. Serve immediately. Enjoy <3
