Rice Bowl with Labneh, Egg & Avocado

Creamy, crispy, and full of texture
Ingredients

Ingredients:
1/2 cup BEZI Everything Bagel Labneh
1½ cups cooked white rice
1 egg
1 avocado
2 scallions
1 TS sesame seeds
Dumpling Daughter Sichuan Sesame Soy Sauce
Preparation
In a bowl, combine about 1 big spoonful of BEZI Everything Bagel Labneh with 1½–2 cups of cooked rice. Mix well until the labneh is fully incorporated.
Chop your scallions and dice the avocado.
Plate the rice mixture into a shallow bowl.
Top with the diced avocado and chopped scallions.
Fry an egg to your liking (crispy edges recommended) and place it on top of the bowl.
Finish with a drizzle of Dumpling Daughter Sichuan Sesame Soy Sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, if desired.
Serve immediately. Enjoy <3
