Labneh with Figs, Tahini & Mint

A simple mix of sweet, creamy, and fresh.
Ingredients
Serves 2
1 container BEZI Plain Labneh
5–6 fresh figs, halved
2 TB spoon Soom Tahini
2 TB spoon toasted pine nuts
A handful of fresh mint
1 TB spoon Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Drizzle halved figs with olive oil and roast until soft and caramelized, about 10–15 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread the full container of BEZI Labneh onto a serving plate.
Once the figs are roasted, place them gently on top of the labneh.
Drizzle Soom Tahini generously over the figs and labneh.
Sprinkle toasted pine nuts over the top.
Finish with torn fresh mint leaves.
Serve immediately with toast, or crackers. Enjoy <3
