Labneh & Lox Brioche Sandwich

Quick, filling, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
Serves 2
1/2 tub BEZI Everything Labneh
1 soft brioche loaf or roll
3–4 slices of smoked salmon (lox)
A few slices of red onion
A handful of fresh dill
1 TB spoon Olive oil
Preparation
Slice the brioche loaf or roll in half.
Spread a thick layer of BEZI Everything Labneh on the bottom half.
Layer on smoked salmon, red onion, and a handful of fresh dill.
Drizzle olive oil over everything.
Top with the other half of the bread.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy <3
