Labneh & Lox Brioche Sandwich

Quick, filling, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1/2 tub BEZI Everything Labneh

  • 1 soft brioche loaf or roll

  • 3–4 slices of smoked salmon (lox)

  • A few slices of red onion

  • A handful of fresh dill

  • 1 TB spoon Olive oil

    Preparation

  1. Slice the brioche loaf or roll in half.

  2. Spread a thick layer of BEZI Everything Labneh on the bottom half.

  3. Layer on smoked salmon, red onion, and a handful of fresh dill.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over everything.

  5. Top with the other half of the bread.

  6. Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy <3
