Everything Labneh Toast with Heirloom Tomatoes & Anchovies

Ingredients
Serves 4
1/2 tub BEZI Everything Labneh
4–6 slices of good sourdough
1–2 large heirloom tomatoes
1 jar anchovies in olive oil
Olive oil, for drizzling
Flaky salt & black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Toast sourdough until golden and crisp.
Spread a thick layer of BEZI Everything Labneh on each slice.
Top with slices of heirloom tomato and 2–3 anchovies per toast.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, and black pepper.
Serve immediately. Enjoy <3
