Everything Labneh Toast with Heirloom Tomatoes & Anchovies

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 tub BEZI Everything Labneh

  • 4–6 slices of good sourdough

  • 1–2 large heirloom tomatoes

  • 1 jar anchovies in olive oil

  • Olive oil, for drizzling

  • Flaky salt & black pepper, to taste

    Preparation

  1. Toast sourdough until golden and crisp.

  2. Spread a thick layer of BEZI Everything Labneh on each slice.

  3. Top with slices of heirloom tomato and 2–3 anchovies per toast.

  4. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, and black pepper.
